Applications for the 2010-11 Ivy Tech Community College Academic Incentive Award are being accepted at the Columbus Region. Ivy Tech-Columbus will award one Academic Incentive Award to a graduating student from each of the following schools: Educational Resource Center of Edinburgh, Jefferson Education Center, Jennings County Adult Education Center, and McDowell Adult Education Center. The individual must be graduating with at least a “C” average and planning to enroll full time (at least 12 credit hours) at Ivy Tech-Columbus.
The award is in the amount of $1,000 ($500 per semester for the fall and spring semesters) and must be used during the 2010-11 academic year. Selection will be based on personal information and demonstrated academic performance. Financial need will also be considered.
