Ivy Tech offers leadership workshops

The Workforce and Economic Development Department of Ivy Tech Community College is offering nine Achieve Global Leadership workshops in Columbus and in Seymour. The workshops are geared toward strengthening leaders in organizations in order to increase employee morale, retention, and productivity.

The workshops are offered once each month, beginning in February and ending in October on the dates indicated below, from 8:00 am until noon, at the Ivy Tech main campus in Columbus and the Jackson County Education Center in Seymour. Cost is $39 per workshop or $297 for all nine. Workshops are as follows:

    March 20 — Ivy Tech Columbus main campus

  • Conducting a Collaborative Performance Review

  • Correcting Performance Problems

    May 15 — Ivy Tech Columbus main campus
    May 22 — Jackson County Education Center

  • Identifying Work Priorities and Setting Verifiable Goals

    June 19 — Ivy Tech Columbus main campus
    June 26 — Jackson County Education Center

  • Gaining Commitment to Preset Goals

    July 17 — Ivy Tech Columbus main campus

  • Personal Strategies for Navigating Change
